A Daleville City Council member has been arrested on several sex charges.

Marvin Wise, 61, of Daleville, was arrested by Daleville Police on Wednesday, Oct. 18.

He was charged with second-degree rape, second-degree sodomy, enticing a child and two degrees of sexual abuse.

He is currently being held at the Dale County Jail.
