Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Enterprise, Alabama at a regular meeting held on July 2, 2019 duly passed and adopted Ordinance 06-04-19. The ordinance in its entirety is as set out below. Robert J. Dean, Jr.

ORDINANCE 06-04-19

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ENTERPRISE, ALABAMA as follows: Upon public notice and hearing as required by law, and following recommendation of the Planning Commission of the City of Enterprise, Alabama, previous Zoning Ordinance(s) and the Zoning Map of the City of Enterprise, Alabama, adopted therein and on file in the Office of the City Clerk and the Office of the City Engineering Department, City of Enterprise, is hereby amended and, as amended, shall reflect the following: A lot or parcel belonging to Standard Poultry, LLC being located in the City of Enterprise, Coffee County, Alabama and being further described as follows: A parcel of land situated in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 21, Township 4 North, Range 22 East, Coffee County, Alabama and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a 1/2 " pipe marking the intersection of the West Right of Way of Bell Street with the North Right Of Way of Bowden Drive; thence along said North Right of Way and a curve to the right having a radius of 655.64 feet and a length of 153.45 feet a chord bearing of N83˚21'00"W a chord distance of 153.10 feet to a 1/2 "; thence continue along said North Right of Way N79˚18'45"W a distance of 56.94 feet to a 1/2 " pipe; thence continue along said North Right of Way N79˚20'12"W a distance of 361.16 feet to a 1/2 " pipe; thence continue along said North Right of Way and a curve to the right having a radius of 1,232.75 feet and a length of 253.04 feet a chord bearing of N73˚ 52'00"W a chord distance of 252.60 feet to a 1/2 " rebar #1082; thence departing said North Right of Way N20˚55'00"E a distance of 173.32 feet to a 1/2 " rebar #1082; thence S86˚08'58"E a distance of 548.33 feet to a 1/2 " pipe; thence N02˚41'15"E a distance of 67.97 feet to a 1.5" bolt; thence S86˚5'56" E a distance of 208.49 feet to a 1" rebar and the West Right of Way of Bell Street; thence S02˚15'03"W along said West Right of Way a distance of 137.49 feet to a 5/8" pipe; thence continue along said West Right of Way S02˚33'12"W a distance of 209.95 feet TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. Said parcel contains 4.63 acres, more or less. Said property, set out in detail of the records of the Planning Commission and described by Map A (R-75-M, Residential District) is amended and, as amended, shall be zoned and described by Map B (B-1, General Business District) which is attached hereto and is a permanent part of the Zoning Ordinance and Map. Adopted this 2nd day of July, 2019.
