Hybrid Pro Wrestling will make its debut this weekend in Daleville and an announcement will be made regarding the promotion’s first Heavyweight Champion.

Hybrid Pro Wrestling will be making its debut on July 13 in Daleville and as the show draws closer the card for the debut event “A New Journey Begins” is taking shape.

So far, three matches have been announced along with a large number of wrestlers confirmed for the event.

The first match announced was a women’s match as Panama City native Mackenzie York faces off against Tarra Torree followed by the diminutive Lil’ Luscious facing off against Nathan Phoenix.

In tag team action, the duo of Stunt Marshall and Bubba Rage known as The Hate Club will face off against The Kings of HollyHood made up of Hollywood Star and Dark Rage. Marshall is a Columbus, Ga. native known for his high flying acrobatics and has been a top wrestling star all over the Southeast for the past two years.

Others schedule to compete at “A New Journey Begins” are the AWF Heavyweight Champion “Mr. 850” Donnie B, Hybrid National Champion Cameron Thomas, 6-foot-5-inch Dothan native Michael Steel, high flyer Chase Evans, the masked Street Bandit and Super Bandit, “The Animal” Lance Tucker, Cali Man, the masked giant Soviet Assassin, tag team The Outspoken, Ryan Phoenix and Don Yoder.

Also, longtime Gulf Coast wrestler Billy Rayz will be making his return to Alabama for the first time since undergoing knee replacement surgery in 2016. The exciting high flyer promises to show off a new style in his return bout with a mix of the fast paced, high flying action he is known along with submission wrestling and even some power.

In addition to all of the wrestling action Hybrid Pro will be appointing a commissioner that is promised to be a surprise at the event. Also, the new Hybrid Pro Heavyweight Championship will be revealed along with the date and match announcement for when the title will be crowned will also be revelaed.

Hybrid Pro’s debut takes place Saturday, July 13, at the VFW in Daleville with a start time of 7 p.m. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for kids aged 5-10. Children under five are free. Also, military personnel are $8 with military ID.
