Enterprise City Schools Superintendent Greg Faught confirmed today, Sept. 15, that all ECS schools will be closed on Wednesday, Sept. 16, for all students and employees due to the threat of severe weather associated with Hurricane Sandy.

Faught cited the threat of possible isolated tornadoes, tropical storm force wins and flash floods associated with the hurricane as the reasons for closing school. Faught also said that a decision would be made regards to whether schools will be open on Sept. 17 as soon as more information becomes available.
