Geneva County woman killed in a two-vehicle crash

A Geneva County woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday, Aug. 11.

Christin Darlene Hoehn, 20, of Slocomb was killed when the 2003 Ford Taurus she was operating crossed the center line and struck a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado, according to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency State Trooper Sgt. Michael Simmons. “The driver of the Silverado was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries,” he said.

The two-vehicle crash occurred at approximately 5:45 p.m. on Alabama 52, one and one half miles east of Geneva.

Nothing further is available as ALEA State Troopers continue to investigate.
