Nashun Williams

An Ozark man has been arrested and charged with stealing multiple items after breaking into an Ozark church.

Nashun Williams, 27, is in Dale County Jail after being arrested by Ozark Police July 13, one day after the break-in at First Ozark United Methodist Church on Broad Street, according to Ozark Police Chief Marlos Walker.

Walker said that Williams is charged with stealing multiple items to include electronics and kitchen cookware.

“Investigators were able to collect some physical evidence and security surveillance video from the crime scene,” Walker said. “This evidence assisted investigators in determining the identify of the suspect.”
