Former state Rep. Terry Spicer holds his wife's hand as they leave the courthouse in Montgomery Monday afternoon. Spicer was sentenced to 4 years 9 months by Judge Myron Thompson. He, Ronnie Gilley and Jarrod Massey will turn themselves in Aug. 27.
