Fort Rucker Deputy Garrison Commander Justin Mitchell reads Carol McCloud's, "Have you filled a bucket today?" to kindergarten students at Fort Rucker Primary School Sept. 12. Bucket Filling is a new character development program the school introduced this year to help cut down on the students discipline referrals and increase their positive self-esteems.
