EHS Tennis

EHS tennis player Alexander Nelson was one of a number of EHS athletes to be named to AHSAA all-star teams.

While it’s unfortunate that the Alabama High School Athletic Association was forced to cancel this summer’s annual all-star games, the AHSAA still released its list of all stars for each sport and a number of Enterprise High School athletes and coaches made the cut.

In girls’ soccer, incoming senior striker Sydney Garth was named to the South All-Star team as was senior defender Matthew Sheahan for the boys’ team.

In tennis, EHS coach Robyn Carr was named the South’s girls’ coach, while senior Wildcats Alexander Nelson, Ayden Peterson and Bradley Pouncey took three of the eight total spots on the boys’ South all-star team.

Enterprise golf coach Rex Bynum was named the South Girls’ All-Star coach, while senior Brady Wood was named to the boys’ South all-star team.
