The Enterprise Wildcats football team continues to have a big turnout for summer workouts this week.

Along with conditioning, speed training and weight lifting, the Wildcats have begun doing more on-the-field workouts – some with helmets – now, as well.

As Enterprise tries to make up for the complete lack of spring practices and a full two months off of any team activities, the Wildcats have been hard at work to get ready for their Aug. 21 season opener against Somerset Academy.

Enterprise coach Rick Darlington said that EHS will scale back its workouts in the beginning of July – after 15 workouts in June – ahead of the July 27 start of fall camp.
