The Coffee County Family Services Center free income tax preparation program has ben suspended until after April 6. A decision will be made after that as to when it will continue.

APRIL 5

The April 5 meeting of the Coffee County Training/Coppinville High School Alumni Association is cancelled.

Souvenir booklet ads are being accepted for the grand reunion of the Coffee County Training/Coppinville High School (CCT-CHS) Alumni Association. The deadline for submission is April 5.  Ads must be camera ready.  Please contact any member of the alumni association, visit our Facebook page or call Clara Boley at (334) 379-4273 for additional information.   The grand reunion will be held June 19-20. 

APRIL 4

The Coffee County Branch #5017 of the NAACP has postponed its Annual Freedom Fund Banquet and Image and Lifetime Achievement Awards to Saturday, June 13, at the Enterprise Civic Center. The event will start at 6 p.m. and the theme will be: The NAACP says, “When We Fight, We Win”.  The guest speaker will be Willie Flowers, president of the Maryland State Conference of the NAACP, formerly from Elba.
