Enterprise City Schools Superintendent Greg Faught gave his first COVID-19 update on Jan. 12 since students have returned from Christmas break.

According to Faught, ECS currently has 14 employees and 10 students that have tested positive for the virus since Christmas break and are currently on quarantine. The total number of reported positive tests since Aug. 6 are 123 teachers and 129 students.

The Alabama Department of Public Health’s School Dashboard has not been updated since Dec. 18 but is expected to resume reported school cases later this week.
