LEGAL NOTICE TO THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF ENTERPRISE AND ALL OTHER PERSONS OF INTEREST
TAKE NOTICE: A public hearing will be conducted by the Enterprise Zoning Board on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Enterprise, Alabama, to consider and take action upon the following request(s):
1. Old Business: A request by Church on Boll Weevil Circle for a variance for two (2) modular buildings located at 2017 Boll Weevil Circle.
2. New Business: A request by Allen R. Olsen on the behalf of Austin Montgomery for conditional use to operate a laundry service located at 1071 Unit A Geneva Highway.
Such other business that may come before the board.
