Pursuant to Rule 4.3(d)(3) of the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure, comes now, your Plaintiff, Mary Nell (Smith) Horne, in the above-styled action and after having made application to the Circuit Court of Coffee County, Alabama, requesting permission to serve the named Defendant, Johnny Keith Horne, whose whereabouts are unknown, and same having been granted on or about, May 29, 2020, NOTICE is hereby given to said, Johnny Keith Horne, that a domestic relations action is now pending in the Circuit Court of Coffee County, Enterprise Division, bearing the above-styled case number and immediate action on the part of the Defendant is required.
