The Enterprise Chapter of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees has cancelled its lunch programs regularly scheduled every fourth Thursday of the month at PoFolks Restaurant in Enterprise. The cancellation is effective until further notice.
The Republican Women of Coffee County will meet Wednesday, Oct. 21, at 11 a.m., at the Enterprise Country Club. The guest speaker will be KCarl Smith who will be speaking on the countermeasure to BLM’s anarchy and anti-liberty agenda. Smth is a member of the Trump Presidential Campaign Coalition Advisory Board and is the author of the best-selling book “Frederick Douglass Republicans.” Social time begins at 11 a.m. with an optional $12 buffet served by club employees beginning at 11:30 a.m. The program begins at approximately noon. Social distancing will be observed and per Governor Ivey’s directive, masks should be worn except while eating. Everyone is invited, but reservations are required. The German Coffee Club will meet Thursday, Oct. 29, at The Landing on Fort Rucker at 9:30 a.m. COVID-19 precautions/social distancing will be taken and a mask is required. The Coffee County Training-Coppinville High School Alumni Association will meet on Sunday, Nov. 1, at 5 p.m. at the Coppinville School of Opportunity building on Ouida Street in the library/media room. Face coverings are required and social distancing guidelines will be followed.
