In other business, Councilwoman Katheryne Horace reported an opening on the Daleville Water and Sewer Board created by the resignation Nov. 12 of board member Patrick Sullen, who has accepted employment in the Daleville Water and Sewer Department.
The council also approved the request of the Daleville Chamber of Commerce to use the Daleville Cultural and Convention Center at no charge for the Health and Wellness Expo Jan. 8, 2021. The event had originally been set for Oct. 9 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 mandated mask ordinance extension.
