NOTICE TO:KENNETH RAY SIMS, the natural father of BAILEY CLAIRE SIMS whose address is unknown.
You will take notice that a Petition for Adoption of BAILEY CLAIRE SIMS born on May 20th, 2005 to Janea Nicole Marks, the natural mother, was filed on the 15th day of April, 2019, alleging that the whereabouts of the natural father of said minor is unknown.
Please be advised that the 28th day of June, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. has been set for a hearing on the same in said Court in the City of Enterprise, Alabama and that should you intend to contest this adoption you must file a written response within thirty (30) days thereof with counsel for said Petitioner, whose name and address are shown below and with the Clerk of the said Probate Court.
