Dog fighting site in Waverly, Ala.

This is a picture from the largest site in a multi-state dog fighting operation taken in Waverly, Ala. 114 dogs we're rescued from this site by American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) and the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) personnel Aug. 23.

Rules of Conduct
