TAKE NOTICE:  A public hearing will be conducted by the Enterprise Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday April 14, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Enterprise, Alabama to consider and take action upon the following request(s):

1.Old Business: N/A

2.New Business:

A request by Ellen & Jason Skelton for special exception to have 6 chickens located at 305 E. Silver Oak Dr. 

A request by Heer Properties, LLC for an 8’ height variance and a 116’ sq. ft area variance for a sign located at 6001 Boll Weevil Cr.

A request by Juan J. Valerio on behalf of Leticia Avalos Chavez for a 4’ height variance for an existing sign located at 510 E. Park Ave.
