NOTICE TO COMPLAINT TO QUIET TITLE TO: All present owners of any part of the hereinafter described property, and their heirs or devisees, if deceased, or any persons claiming title to, interest in, or encumbrance upon the following described real estate:

A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 13 Township 5, Range 21, Coffee County, Alabama, situated on the East side of Alabama Highway Number 51, also known as the Enterprise-Clintonville paved road, and which is better described as follows: Commencing at a point on the East right-of-way line where Grantors’ land intersects land formerly owned by Charles Hollis and Franklin Hollis and prior by Charlie J. Arwood and from said point of beginning run 30 feet to a point; thence run east, parallel to the north boundary of the property described in said deed (OR Book 126, Page 762) to a point; thence run west parallel to the north boundary of parcel described in said deed (OR Book 126, Page 762) to the point of beginning.Take notice that on the 3rd day of April, 2012, a complaint to quiet title in rem was filed in the Circuit Court of Coffee County, Alabama in Case Number 71-CV-2012-900051, by Gregory Hollis and Vicki Hollis against any and all persons claiming any encumbrance upon the above described real estate or any part thereof or interest therein and against all other persons for the purpose of establishing an easement over described lands in favor of Gregory and Vicki Hollis and to clear up all doubts and disputes concerning the same and that suit is now pending in said Court.

THEREFORE, all persons claimimg title to, interest in, lien or encumbrance thereon upon said lands or any part of said land are hereby given notice and directed to answer the Complaint, by filing with the undersigned Clerk with a copy to the Attorney for Plaintiff, on or before 27th day of June, 2012 else at the expiration of 30 days thereafter or otherwise default judgment may be take against each of them.
