Two Enterprise residents were charged with discharging a firearm into an unoccupied vehicle, according to a press release from Enterprise Police Department Public Information Officer Lt. Billy Haglund.

At 1:45 a.m. on March 10, EPD responded to a shots fired call in the 100 Block of Price Street, according to the release.

Responding officers discovered multiple rounds had been fired at an unoccupied vehicle and the suspects had fled the scene prior to the officer’s arrival, according to the release.

No injuries were reported, according to the release.

At 6 a.m. on March 10, EPD arrested Michael Dewayne Hart, 33, and Carolyn Paige Thomas, 23, both of Enterprise, and charged them with discharging a firearm into an unoccupied vehicle and menacing, according to the release.

Hart and Thomas were transported to the Coffee County Jail after their arrest.

Additional arrests are pending, according to the release.
