Enterprise police seek public's help

There were two shootings in Enterprise and the police are asking the public for information about them.

Enterprise Police Department’s Public Information Officer Lt. Billy Haglund said that on May 31 at 10:30 p.m., the EPD responded to a shooting at the Liberty gas station, located at 921 Rucker Boulevard. Responding officers discovered a male victim at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds to the legs, he said. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment.

On May 30 at 4:26 a.m., the EPD responded to a shooting at a residence in the 100 block of Anthony Circle. Responding officers discovered that an unknown suspect(s) fired into the occupied residence striking the victim in the lower back, Haglund said. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment.

No additional information will be released regarding these shootings.

The Enterprise Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division (CID) is actively investigating these shootings and requests that anyone with additional information to contact (334) 347-2222 or leave an anonymous tip at www.enterprisepd.com.
