The Enterprise Wildcats traveled to Montgomery for three straight games between March 9 and March 10 and went 3-0 in those efforts.
The Wildcats started things off with a 6-1 smothering of Trinity Presbyterian on March 7 with senior Sam Mazariegos leading the way with two goals and two assists in the win.
Senior Clayton Jenison added two goals, as well. Senior Sebastian Guerrero and Edwin Gomez pitched in with one goal each, while junior Jaden Polidore and senior Dylan Pablo each had one assist.
The Wildcats followed up with a 7-0 shutout over LAMP on March 9 with Mazariegos completing his third had trick of the year with three goals. Guerrero, Gomez, Pablo and senior Alex Rodriguez each had one goal, while Anthony Venezia and Ryan Parrott each had one assist.
Finally, on March 10, the Wildcats picked up a hard-fought 4-3 win over Montgomery Academy.
Montgomery Academy got on the scoreboard first with a goal with 33:00 left in the first half and took that 1-0 lead into halftime.
The Wildcats got on track at the 36:00 mark in the second half as Jenison scored a goal to tie things up and with 30:00 left, Mazariegos scored to put Enterprise ahead 2-1.
Montgomery Academy responded with two straight goals – one with 25:00 left and one with 15:00 left – to put Montgomery Academy ahead 3-2.
Polidore scored with 14:30 left to tie the score up 3-3 and then Parrott scored with 7:00 left to put Enterprise ahead 4-3 for good.
