The Enterprise Lady Cats capped off the 2019 soccer season with an awards banquet on Thursday, May 30, to celebrate a successful year.
The Lady Cats went 16-4-1 on the year, won an area championship, earned a national Top 10 ranking and made it to the second round of the playoffs in 2019.
Sophomore Sydney Garth earned the varsity team’s Offensive MVP after leading the team with 28 goals and 15 assists during the season.
Junior Morgan Harrelson earned the Most Assists Award after contributing a team-high 17 assists on the year. She also scored 23 goals and was selected to play in the AHSAA All-Star Game this summer.
Sophomore Ashlyn Purvis was awarded the Defensive MVP, senior Corinna Jones earned the Wildcat Award and sophomore Madilyn Webb was presented the Hustle/Attitude Award.
The JV squad also gave out award with freshman Madeline Holmes earning the Hustle/Attitude Award, Offensive MVP and Most Assists Award.
Junior Annabelle Camacho earned the Defensive MVP, while sophomore Emma Avery was presented the Wildcat Award.
