TAKE NOTICE: A public hearing will be conducted by the Enterprise Zoning Board of Adjustment on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Enterprise, Alabama to consider and take action upon the following request(s).

New Business:

A request by Carl Hoskins for an after the fact 8' side yard variance for a deck located at 101 Porters Way.

A request by Ivy Creek Urgent Care of Enterprise for a special exception to place a 24x60 modular building on the property during construction for a period not to exceed one year located at 6582 Boll Weevil Circle.

A request by ID Associates for a 9' height and a 48 square foot variance for an existing sign located at 1201 Boll Weevil Circle.

A request by ID Associates for a 4' height and an 8 square for variance for an existing sign located at 1238 Rucker Boulevard.
