Default having being made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated May 29, 2015 executed by Gordan Ellis Hagerla and Mary K. Hagerla, husband and wife, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. solely as a nominee for Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, said Mortgage being recorded June 1, 2015, in Book 703, Page 191, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Coffee County, Alabama; having later been assigned to NewRez, LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing by instrument recorded in Book 870, Page 196, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Coffee County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, NewRez, LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Coffee County, Enterprise Division, Alabama on 08/12/2020, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Coffee County, Alabama, to-wit:
Lot No. 3 in the J.E. Morgan Subdivision, Second Addition, an addition to the City of Enterprise, Alabama, as shown by plat on record in the Office of the Judge of Probate in Enterprise, Coffee County, Alabama, in Plat Book 2, Page 19.
