William “Bill” Ramsey, 68, of Enterprise passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2019.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, at Hillcrest Baptist Church in Enterprise with Dr. Michael Mynatt and Rev. Dwayne Sims officiating. The family will receive friends at the church Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. and continuing until the time of service.
Bill was born Aug. 2, 1950 in Charleston, S.C. to the late Samuel and Lillian Ramsey. He was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church, an active Deacon and Gideon and a former Sunday School teacher and Life Group Leader. He also served 32 years in the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Teresa Ramsey; son, Scott (Jamie) Ramsey of Prattville; daughter, Angela (Brannon) Mobley of Navarre, Fla.; sister, Debbie (Ron) Wingo of Bonneau, S.C.; brothers, Eb Ramsey of Franklin, N.C. and James Ramsey of Charleston, S.C. and four grandchildren, Brenly Mobley, Adison Mobley, Davis Ramsey and Morgan Ramsey.
