Brindidge woman killed in Coffee County crash

A single-vehicle crash at approximately 7:45 a.m. Thursday, June 6, has claimed the life of a Brundidge woman.

Vanessa Terry, 47, was killed when the 2015 Kia Soul that she was driving left the roadway and struck a tree, according to Alabama Law Enforcement Agency Trooper Michael Simmons.

Terry was pronounced dead at the scene, Simmons said. The crash occurred on Alabama 125 near the eight-mile marker in Coffee County.

Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate
