Cooper earns Lifetime Achievement Award

Retired Army Chief Warrant Officer 4 Robert “Bob” Cooper of Enterprise, right, is presented the Don Hess Lifetime Achievement Award for 48 years of outstanding dedicated extended service to the United States Army Warrant Officers Association. Cooper is a charter member of the USAWOA and has devoted his entire warrant officer life to supporting the association’s goals and members, said president of the Above the Best Silver Fort Rucker USAWOA Chapter retired Chief Warrant Officer 5 Randy Godfrey, left. A member of the Eagle Rising Society, Cooper also serves as a Warrant Officer Historical Foundation director and in veterans service organizations.
