EPD arrests suspect in trailer theft

The Enterprise Police Department has made an arrest in the Jan. 9, theft of an enclosed trailer, according to a press release from EPD Public Information Officer Lt. Billy Haglund.

Robert Paul Ford, 21, of Enterprise, was arrested and charged with first-degree theft of property on Jan. 17 at 5 p.m., according to the release.

EPD detectives recovered the trailer and returned it to the victim, according to the release.

The trailer was originally reported stolen from a construction site in the area of Coffee County Road 622 on Jan. 9, according to a press release at that time.

Ford was transported to the Coffee County Jail after his arrest.
