On Friday, Aug. 30, Enterprise High School football players visited various Enterprise City Schools elementary schools.

The players read to students, helped with work and answered questions.

“The little kids idolize the players so they really love it, but now they’re not there just to talk about football,” said EHS head football coach Rick Darlington. “They’re there reading to them and telling them how important school is. It’s just an important thing for us. We want to build men that are not living for themselves but are living to serve others and making a positive impact on their community.”
