Enterprise man charged with theft

An Enterprise man was arrested in relation to a theft investigation, which started on Jan. 21, according to Enterprise Police Department Public Information Officer Lt. Billy Haglund.

On Jan. 21, EPD initiated an investigation for theft of jewelry at Wal-Mart on Boll Weevil Circle, according to the release.

Kyle Lea Hartzog, 27, of Enterprise, was arrested and charged with third degree theft of property on Feb. 1, according to the release.

Hartzog was transported to the Coffee County Jail after his arrest and is currently out on a $2,500 bond, according to the inmate roster.

The EPD thanked the public for providing information which led to the arrest of the individual.
