The Enterprise Police Department held its “Coffee With A Cop” event at McDonalds on Oct. 9.

The event gives residents a chance to talk with EPD officers about life, concerns or even just the weather.

“So on a day-to-day basis we’re not sitting around a coffee shop—or McDonalds in this case—so we’re taking time out of our day and our case load and coming over here and just talking with the people that come in everyday and listening to what they’re concerned about and if they have any problems we try to help them,” said EPD Lt. Billy Haglund.
