EPD investigating two stolen vehicles

The unknown suspect's tow truck and stolen vehicles.

The Enterprise Police Department is investigation the theft of two vehicles, according to a press release from EPD Public Information Officer Lt. Billy Haglund.

On Aug. 27 at 8:45 p.m. an unknown suspect driving a tow truck approached the rear of Enterprise Car Wash at 706 South Main Street, hooked up two vehicles and drove away, according to the press release.

The tow is described as an older model with yellow strobe lights and white paint and it was last seen driving north on Main Street after exiting Enterprise Car Wash.

The stolen vehicles are described as a tan 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis with an Alabama tag number 3993AW5 and a silver 2005 Suzuki XL7, according to the release.
