Distinguished Young Woman of Dale County participants

The 2019 Distinguished Young Woman of Dale County program is Sunday, Oct. 13, at 5 p.m. at Carroll High School in Ozark. Tickets are $10 and may be purchased at the door. Programs are $5. The mission of Distinguished Young Women is to positively impact the lives of young women by providing a transformative experience that promotes and rewards scholarship, leadership and talent. Participants for 2019 are, at right, from front to back, Mary Catherine Delaney, Ahshunti Creech, Joanna Paris, Katie Ann Mixon and Elizabeth Schisler. Little Sisters are paired with a program participant, attend practices, take part in community service and perform on stage during the program. Little Sisters for 2019 are, left, from front to back, Claudia Walker, Kennedi Brooks, Emma Peters, Haylee Harrison and Kayla Milton.
