The Enterprise Police Department has made an additional arrest in the investigation of the recent vehicle burglaries that took place in multiple neighborhoods in Enterprise, according to a press release from EPD Public Information Officer Billy Haglund.

Jaylon Te’ldrin Leavigne, 19, of Daleville, was arrested on Aug. 14 at 1:30 p.m. and charged with unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle with additional charges of unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle still pending, according to the release.

Leavigne was transported to the Coffee County Jail after the arrest.

On Aug. 13 at 3 p.m. EPD arrested and charged Makelle Johnny Blair, 20, of Enterprise, with eight counts of unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle, according to an earlier release.

These arrests are related to the motor vehicle burglaries, which occurred Aug. 9 in the Cotton Creek neighborhood and area of Springdale Drive.

EPD detectives have identified two additional individuals involved in the burglary investigations who are currently residing in the Dale County Jail on separate charges, according to the release.

EPD detectives will serve a total of 35 arrest warrants for unlawful breaking and entering across the two individuals when they are transferred to the Coffee County Jail, according to the release.
